easy strawberry popsicles
(3 ratings)
I bought myself a new Popsicle maker and decided to try it out. With this heat wave we are having these are going to hit the spot! Each popsicle holds 1/2 cup and all together the 6 moulds hold 3 cups. These aren't sweet, so if you want them sweeter add in some honey.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Round up the kids (young and old!) and get them involved in making these simple and delicious warm-weather treats. Despite all the coconut in the ingredients, the finished pops have just a hint of coconut flavor... perfectly refreshing!

How To Make easy strawberry popsicles
Test Kitchen Tips
If you have trouble finding coconut raspberry yogurt as we did, you can simply mix plain raspberry and plain coconut yogurt together to get the same effect.
-
1Remove 6 medium sized dark red strawberries from the pint of strawberries. Save them for later.
-
2Process the strawberries, yogurt, vanilla and coconut milk creamer (like coffee creamer but made from coconut milk) in a blender until smooth.
-
3Remove to a 4 cup pitcher and chop up the remaining strawberries fairly small and add them into the liquid. Give it a good stir with a spoon.
-
4Pour into your Popsicle holders and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until frozen through.
-
5Enjoy
