Ingredients For green chile cheese squares

1 stickbutter or margarine

10eggs, slightly beaten

1/2 call-purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 cchopped green chiles (canned is ok)

1 ptsmall curd cottage cheese (2 cups)

8 ozcheddar, shredded
-
8 ozMonterey Jack cheese, shredded
How To Make green chile cheese squares

1Melt butter and cool.

2Pour into a large bowl; add eggs, beating slightly.

3Add in all other ingredients and mix well.

4Pour into a buttered 13" x 9" x 2" pan.

5Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes - THEN lower to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
