Ingredients For country casserole

  • 3 c
    frozen mixed vegetables-cooked
  • 2 c
    small shell pasta-cooked
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese-divided
  • 2 c
    chicken-cut in pieces/shredded
  • 1 (10.75) can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (2.8 oz) can
    french fried onions-divided
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make country casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350'. In a large bowl, combine cooked vegetables, cooked pasta, 1 cup cheese, chicken, soup, half the can of onions, milk, pepper, garlic powder, & salt. Spoon into casserole dish.

    Bake 25 minutes.

    Top with remaining 1 cup cheese & remaining onions. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
