My kids love this recipe. Both sweet and a little spicy, it's a flavorful recipe. This pork is delicious with mashed potatoes or white rice on the side. The carrots come out tasting like candied carrots... and EVERYTHING is so tender! Do not add potatoes to this Crock Pot recipe. This recipe can also become shredded pork by cooking it for an extra hour.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

A quick and easy slow cooker meal. Using Dr. Pepper for the liquid creates a slightly sweet and savory sauce for the pork loin. Carrots soak up all the sauce and become very tender. Serve with the pork juices, mashed potatoes, and cooked carrots on the side for a delicious meal. Add your favorite barbecue sauce and use it for pulled pork sandwiches. There's room in this recipe to make your own in terms of seasoning. If you don't have a pork loin roast, a 1.5 - 2-pound tenderloin can also be used.
