creamy crock pot hash browns

These are an awesome variation of regular potatoes.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Now, these are some creamy Crock Pot potatoes. Once you cook the bacon, everything is dumped into the slow cooker, so it's an easy dish to prep. Super cheesy and full of flavor (and bacon bits!), these are good enough for the holidays or an easy side dish for a weeknight meal. You could even serve leftovers for breakfast.

How To Make creamy crock pot hash browns
Test Kitchen Tips
If you like your onions cooked down, we suggest sauteeing them in a skillet before adding them to the slow cookers. Ours were still slightly crunchy when all other ingredients were done.
-
1Place potatoes in a greased Crock Pot.
-
2In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
-
3Pour over potatoes and mix well.
-
4Cover. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until potatoes are tender and heated through.
