Ingredients For cream cheese mints

8 ozcream cheese

2 lbpowder sugar

1 tspflavoring of your choice

food coloring of your choice
-
sugar to roll mints in
How To Make cream cheese mints

1Beat cream cheese till soft
-
2add coloring and flavoring of your choice

3slowly add powder sugar
-
4knead till smooth
-
5roll into marble sized balls
-
6roll into sugar
-
7press into molds(if u dont have molds u can just press the balls down with a fork)

8unmold on to wax paper
