While the beautiful candied cherries are certainly the stars of this creamy fudge treat, the sweetened condensed milk is working behind the scenes to add a wonderful delicious flavor too. A perfect holiday sweet!

Ingredients For white christmas fudge

  • 1/2 c
    red candied cherries
  • 1/2 c
    green candied cherries
  • 11 oz
    white chocolate chips
  • 1 can
    condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch
    salt

How To Make white christmas fudge

  • Line and grease a baking dish and chop the candied cherries.

    Chop the red and green cherries into small pieces. Line and lightly butter an 8x8 pan. Leave enough foil over the edges for a handle to use later.
  • Melt white chocolate chips over a double boiler with condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

    Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler with the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt over medium-low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the cherries.

    Remove from heat. Stir in the cherries until evenly distributed.
  • Pour into the foil-lined pan.

    Pour into the foil-lined pan and spread evenly. Chill in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours (you cannot over-chill).
  • Remove chilled fudge from the pan and cut into small pieces.

    Remove from the pan by lifting with the handles on the foil. Cut into 1" pieces. Cut 8X8 to equal 64 pieces.
