Ingredients For white christmas fudge

1/2 cred candied cherries

1/2 cgreen candied cherries

11 ozwhite chocolate chips

1 cancondensed milk (14 oz)

1 1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 pinchsalt
How To Make white christmas fudge

1Chop the red and green cherries into small pieces. Line and lightly butter an 8x8 pan. Leave enough foil over the edges for a handle to use later.

2Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler with the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt over medium-low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.

3Remove from heat. Stir in the cherries until evenly distributed.

4Pour into the foil-lined pan and spread evenly. Chill in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours (you cannot over-chill).

5Remove from the pan by lifting with the handles on the foil. Cut into 1" pieces. Cut 8X8 to equal 64 pieces.
