This recipe is something I had seen on Triple D late one night. My husband begged me to make it. This recipe is a traditional Italian meaty mountain of goodness! Enjoy :)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken legs in oven for 25 minutes or until they reach 165 degrees internally. On the stove top in a large pot, add ground beef, turkey and sausage. Cook on medium high until done. Dice bacon and cook in frying pan until crispy. Remove bacon. Add onion, celery, carrots, thyme, and rosemary to bacon grease with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and add to ground beef, turkey, and sausage. When chicken is done and cooled remove meat off the bone and add to the rest of the mix. Next add wine, chicken broth, and salt and pepper to taste. Last add the bacon. Stir well. Serve over noodles and top with cheese and parsley.
