1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

2 tsppumpkin pie spice

1 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspKosher salt

1/2 cbutter, softened

1 cgranulated sugar

1/2 clight brown sugar

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 cpumpkin, canned (not pie filling)

1 1/2 cwhite chocolate chips
How To Make white chocolate pumpkin spice cookies

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.

2In the bowl of a stand mixer, fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugars.

3Add the pumpkin, egg, and vanilla and combine thoroughly.

4Slowly add the dry ingredients.

5Add in white chocolate chips.

6Drop on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

7Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool for a couple of minutes on the cookie sheet The recipe makes 36 small cookies or 18 large cookies.
