These sliders are soooooo good, I never want to eat a regular burger. I have four sons and a husband and they would rather have these than a regular burger. So yummo. I promise you if you try these you will NEVER go back. The special sauce is so good, I make extra and save it in a bottle for all our sandwiches.

The meat in these mini burgers is so juicy and flavorful. A drizzle of the secret sauce adds a wonderfully tangy flavor. Flattening the meatballs makes them a uniform size, and they cook evenly and quickly, but keep an eye on them. On our indoor grill, they cooked fast. Use your favorite cheese to top these tasty sliders.

    ketchup
  • 1 tsp

How To Make slider burgers and special sauce

  • Seasoned beef formed into balls.
    1
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the meat, relish, steak sauce, grill seasoning, and paprika to a large bowl. Mix together by hand. Scoop the mixture (I use my cookie scoop filled to heaping) then roll between your hands to make balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet.
  • Beef balls flattened into sliders.
    2
Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the round balls. (You can also use wax paper.) Place another cookie sheet on top and push down to flatten the balls. Remove the top sheet of parchment.
  • Cooking the sliders on an indoor grill.
    3
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Bake the patties 10 - 12 minutes. You can also use an indoor or outdoor grill to cook the patties. Just 2 - 3 minutes per side will cook them to medium. Add slices of American cheese, if you wish.
  • Ranch dressing, ketchup, and black pepper combined for sauce.
    4
To make the Special Sauce, combine the ranch dressing with the ketchup and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Assembled beef sliders with sauce, lettuce, and onion.
    5
Serve the cooked patties on the rolls with the chopped lettuce, onion, and Special Sauce.
