Yum! This is a really different take on your everyday baked beans. Since they're slow cooked, the beans have a soft texture. Pineapple adds a little tangy sweet kick to the beans. You do taste the bourbon, but it's not a strong flavor. Try them at your next cookout!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For bourbon baked beans

4 canbeans baked in molasses (18 oz each)

1 cancrushed pineapple, drained (20 oz)

1 jarchili sauce (12 oz)

1/2 cstrong brewed coffee
-
1/2 cbourbon
-
1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 Tbspmolasses
-
3/4 tspdry mustard
How To Make bourbon baked beans

1Combine beans and remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 2 hours.

2Uncover and cook to desired consistency.

3Serve with a slotted spoon.

4NOTE: To make strong coffee, dissolve 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules in 1/2 cup hot water.
