Ingredients For beef stroganoff

2 Tbspbutter

1 lbboneless chuck roast, cut into thin strips

1 cmushrooms, sliced

1 cbeef broth
-
2 Tbsptomato paste

1/8 tspgarlic powder

salt & pepper, to taste

2 Tbspall-purpose flour
-
1 csour cream
-
1 pkgegg noodles (8 oz)

1 1/2 cdiced onion
How To Make beef stroganoff

1In a medium skillet, melt butter and brown beef.

2Add mushrooms and onion; cook until tender.

3Add broth, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes or until beef is tender.

4Stir in flour blended with sour cream. Bring to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened (about 5 minutes).

5Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. Serve over noodles.
