1 Tbspliquid smoke flavoring

1 cdry white wine

1 csweet pepper, chopped

1/2 Tbsphot sauce
How To Make barbecue sauce

1Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them.

2Bring to a boil.

3Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours.

4Tip: To give herbs an extra punch, briefly pound them using a mortar and pestle before putting them in the pot.
