“This is an awesome recipe. I originally cut it in half for just my husband and I. Other than that, I followed the recipe as written and we both LOVED it! A few days later we were having guests for the afternoon and my husband requested I make these again! I cut each spear (after wrapping in prosciutto) into thirds or fourths, depending on size, plated on a serving platter and served as a ‘finger food.’ Our guests gave it 5 stars as well, and asked for the recipe!
