Thanks to the Just A Pinch Test Kitchen, peeling tomatoes is a breeze.
Step 1. Remove core from tomato and cut a cross on other side of tomato.
Step 2. Place in boiling water for about 1 minute.
Step 3. Add ice cubes and water to a bowl.
Step 4. Take tomatoes from boiling water and add to ice bath.
Step 5. Peel skin.
