Skip melting chocolate in a double boiler and melt chocolate quickly in the microwave!
Step 1. Chop chocolate into small even sized chunks (or use pre-packaged chips).
Step 2. Place in microwaveable bowl.
Step 3. At 50% power, heat in 30-second intervals.
Step 4. Between intervals, stir chocolate.
Step 5. Finish heating when most, but not all, of the chocolate, is melted. Stir continuously to help last pieces of chocolate melt.
