Follow these steps and peeling potatoes will be a breeze!
Step 1. Take a paring knife and cut around your potato. Make sure not to cut too deep.
Step 2. Put sliced potatoes into a pot and cover with water.
Step 3. Cover pot with lid and bring to a boil.
Step 4. Once boiling, save the hot water by pouring into a separate pot.
Step 5. Cover potatoes with cold water.
Step 6. Using a paper towel, rub peel off of the potato.
Step 7. Bring hot water back to a rolling boil. Add potatoes to reheat.
