Let the Just A Pinch Test Kitchen show how to easily peel carrots, potatoes and apples.
To skin a carrot, tilt the carrot to a 45-degree angle.
Then, use both sides of the peeler to peel the carrot in a back and forth motion.
To skin a potato, carve toward your body carefully.
To skin an apple, use a peeler and peel in a forward motion away from the body.
If skinning an apple toward your body, make sure to do it in a slower, more careful way.
