At Just A Pinch, we always try to keep up with the latest technology and platforms to make sure we’re delivering the best site for members.
The majority of users access the site from their phones. We needed to update the design and architecture to reflect this and to ensure the site functions on mobile and desktop equally.
You’ve been seeing changes on certain recipe categories of the site. Today it’s been rolled out to the entire site. And, we are thrilled to report that our site efficiency is ranking at 100% and 8% faster (milliseconds are important!).
You’ll notice the navigation bar has changed, but all of the content you love is still there.
To access your notifications, messages, profile, saved recipes, and account settings simply click on your profile picture.
If you click on the hamburger menu (the three lines next to your profile picture; great name, right?!), you’ll find all the navigation for the site. From the newest recipes to Blue Ribbon recipes, articles, recipe categories, discussion groups, and more, you’ll be able to access that here.
We have also simplified how to Find Recipes. Click the down arrow in the “Find Recipes”/search box, and you can type in what you’re looking for or click on a certain category and specifically search in that topic.
