Add water and salt to a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add rice and gently stir.
Bring to a boil, then turn stove to low.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes.
Remove lid. Use a fork to fluff rice.
