Tie a roast to help the meat stay in place and cook evenly.
Step 1. Place string under the piece of meat near the end of the roast.
Step 2. Take the two sides of string in two fingers to make a loop. To make the loop, take cut end of string and cross it over your two fingers.
Slip the string through the middle of the two pieces...
... and pull. This will control the tightness.
Step 3. Create loop and repeat down piece of meat.
Step 4. Flip roast over. Cut piece string five - six inches longer than your piece of meat. Thread string through bottom of loops going under, over, then pull. Continue down piece of meat.
