1 (10 oz) pkg Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 Small onion, chopped fine
•
2 cups Low fat cottage cheese
•
1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
•
1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Topping: 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
