8 dried flat rice noodles
1/4 Asian fish sauce (nuoc nam)
1/4 ketchup
1 sugar
1.5 sugar
1 vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 garlic
6 fresh bean sprouts
2 green onions
1/2 fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 unsalted roasted peanuts
1/4 crushed red pepper
Green onions for garnish
