1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
•
1/4 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
•
2 tablespoons finely grated lime zest (no white bitter pith)
•
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
•
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
•
