tsp cinnamon (optional)

ICING:
•
1/2 cup butter, cubed
•
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
•
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
•
3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
