Ingredients For weight watchers cabbage soup

3 cnonfat beef broth (or any other nonfat broth but beef is the best)

2garlic cloves

1 Tbsptomato paste

2 cchopped cabbage

1/2yellow onion

1/2 cchopped carrots

1/2 cgreen beans

1/2 cchopped zucchini

1/2 tspbasil

1/2 tsporegano

salt and pepper
How To Make weight watchers cabbage soup

1Spray pot with non stick cooking spray saute onions carrots and garlic for 5 minutes.

2Add broth, Tomato paste, cabbage, green beans, basil, oregano and Salt & Pepper to taste.

3Simmer for a about 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are tender then add the zucchini and simmer for another 5 or so minutes.
