My family loves this recipe, because they can enjoy it like a soup or if I make burritos, they can smother them in a sauce. Keeps you warm on a cold winters night. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For green chili

2 cleft over meat: cooked prime rib or pork

1med onion chopped
-
2 canwhole green chilis
-
1 pkgbrown gravy mix
-
1egg
-
1 1/2 Tbspcumin
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
2 - 3 cwater to cover
-
garnish: sour cream, green onions, cheddar cheese
How To Make green chili

1Toss leftover meat into crock pot. Chop onion & green chili's add to crock pot. Seasonings, & water. Simmer on low for a few hours.

2Make gravy per package instructions. Let cool, in separate bowl scramble egg, add egg to cool gravy. Ladle warm green chili mixture to gravy, this allows gravy/egg mixture to temper. Stir. Add mixture to Crock pot. Serve when ready.
