4 ozmushrooms, sliced and juice

21 ozbeef broth, condensed cans

1 tspsoy sauce

3 Tbspwater

1 tspcornstarch

1/4 tspsalt

1lemon, sliced
How To Make chinese sweet and sour soup

1Cut chicken into thin 2-inch long slices; sprinkle with salt.

2Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water and soy sauce; combine with beef broth and water.

3Bring to boil; stir often; add chicken, mushrooms and liquid, vinegar and sugar. Heat; simmer 5 minutes.

4Serve with a slice of lemon in each bowl, a cruet of vinegar on the table.
