Ingredients For zucchini and bisquick squares

    eggs beaten
  • 3 c
    thinly chopped zucchini, unpeeled
  • 1 c
    bisquick
  • 1/2 c
    onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley copped
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 dash
    fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 clove
    finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make zucchini and bisquick squares

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Grease 9x13 baking pan

    In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. If the batter is too thick add a little water. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until top is golden in color. You may also use mini cupcake pans to make these as appetizers.
