spicy texas grill roasted corn
Oh so simple that it's almost not a recipe. I make the marinade with some veg oil and a homemade dry Texas bbq rub. You want it thin enough to to coat the corn well yet thick enough to stay on the cob. If you have a well spiced marinade that you purchase go ahead and use that. It hard to go wrong here.

- 8 - fresh corn cobs
- 1/2 cup any well seasoned southwest marinade you like, purchased or homemade
- - foil for wrapping
How To Make spicy texas grill roasted corn

Step 1Clean husks and silk from the core ears.

Step 2generously brush ears of corn with marinade, place each on a sheet of foil, and wrap tightly. Keep refrigerated until ready to grill. The longer it stays in the marinade the better the taste.

Step 3Grill foil‑sealed corn, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes.
