Ingredients For peas and mushrooms

1small onion, chopped (optional)

2cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbspbutter

1 pkg(10 ounces) frozen green peas, thawed

1 csliced fresh mushrooms or jar sliced mushrooms

1/2 tspsalt
-
pinch of pepper

1 tspsugar
How To Make peas and mushrooms

1Cook peas according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2In a skillet, saute, mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the peas, then season with sugar, salt and pepper. Cover, and reduce heat to low, and cook just until heated through.
