How To Make mexican corn on the cob

1Prepare corn by grilling, steaming in microwave or in boiling water. Remove corn to serving plate- while it is warm , spread 1/2 Tablespoon of butter and 1 Tablespoon of mayonnaise all over the corn. Take 1/8 cup of the cheese and sprinkle or crumble it on the corn, then sprinkle on some heat with the cayenne pepper and squeeze on some lime juice. Enjoy.
