Ingredients For best darn grilled corn on the cob

  • 6 lg
    corn on the cob, shucked*brushed with olive oil*
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil mayo
  • 2 Tbsp
    chives, chopped
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 oz
    asiago cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    everglades seasoning *season salt*
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder

How To Make best darn grilled corn on the cob

    Preheat grill to medium high. Place each oiled corn on the cob in a piece of aluminum foil. Roll and secure ends. Grill for 15 minutes or until corn is tender
  • 2
    Combine ingredients 2-8 in a mixing bowl. Brush hot corn on the cob with the mixture. Top with additional chives.
