    yellow corn meal
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 can
    cream style corn
  • 1/2 c
    cooking oil
  • 3
    jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1
    medium white onion
  • 1
    large egg

How To Make mexican cornbread

    Mix corm meal, baking soda and salt. Add milk and egg. Beat well.

    Add oil and remainder of ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
