1 clong grain and wild rice

1/4 cfinely chopped pecans

1 tspgranulated garlic

2 Tbspchopped red onion

2 Tbspunsalted butter

1/2 tspcracked black pepper

How To Make long grain and wild rice

1Place 2 Tbsp. of butter in med. saucepan. Once the butter is good and hot, add rice, onion and pepper. Fry for about 2 min. Add water according to package directions, add pecans and cook according to package directions. (I used 2 1/2 c. of water and cooked for 45 min.)
