This can be done on the outdoor grill also if you have a grill proof dish or pan heavy enough to keep it from burning on the bottom.

Ingredients For three cheese potato's

  • 6 lg
    potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 md
    onions, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb
    bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 1/4 c
    butter, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt (or to taste)
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    milk

How To Make three cheese potato's

  • 1
    Grease 2 1/2 qt casserole, layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onions and 1/2 bacon. Sprinkle with 1 Tbl flour and 1/2 salt and pepper. Then sprinkle 1/2 of each cheese on top.

    Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top. Sprinkle chives on top and pour on 1 cup milk.

    Cover casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
