Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops, double-thick
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- - pepper, to taste
- 1 - 24 oz. packages hash browns, shredded, frozen, thawed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can french fried onions
How To Make potato pork chop casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Brown pork chops.

Step 3Combine soup, milk, sour cream & pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 C cheese & 1/2 C fried onions.

Step 4Spoon into casserole dish & top with pork chops.

Step 5Bake for 40 minutes. Top with rest of fried onions & cheese, bake, uncovered for 5 minutes.
