I love me some pork chops! This has everything that my appetite desires, all in one dish! Cheesy & creamy, I can never get enough of this casserole recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 - pork chops, double-thick
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • - pepper, to taste
  • 1 - 24 oz. packages hash browns, shredded, frozen, thawed
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can french fried onions

How To Make potato pork chop casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Brown pork chops.
  • Step 3
    Combine soup, milk, sour cream & pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 C cheese & 1/2 C fried onions.
  • Step 4
    Spoon into casserole dish & top with pork chops.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 40 minutes. Top with rest of fried onions & cheese, bake, uncovered for 5 minutes.
