6pork chops, double-thick

1 cancream of celery soup

1 cmilk
-
1 csour cream
-
pepper, to taste

1 - 24 oz. pkghash browns, shredded, frozen, thawed

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 canfrench fried onions
How To Make potato pork chop casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Brown pork chops.

3Combine soup, milk, sour cream & pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 C cheese & 1/2 C fried onions.

4Spoon into casserole dish & top with pork chops.

5Bake for 40 minutes. Top with rest of fried onions & cheese, bake, uncovered for 5 minutes.
