Ingredients For egg mustard potatoe salad

6 lgpotato's, peeled, diced and drained well

1/2 bunchcelery, diced

1 lgonion, diced
-
6 lgeggs, hard boiled, dice 4, slice 3

1-1/2 chellmans mayonnaise
-
1/4 cvinegar
-
1/2 cwhite granulated sugar
-
2 lgsquirts of mustard *add to taste

1 Tbsppaprika
How To Make egg mustard potatoe salad

1Add the Hellman's Mayo, Vinegar,White Sugar,(add little at a time to taste..Mustard).
Slowly mix together to taste. Should not taste to sweet, too sour or too much Mustard. Should be a good creamy blend lightly yellow in color. **Do not add too much ,Mustard -
2Add the first 3 ingredients, mix well.
Add the 4 diced Eggs.
Toss all together. -
3Pour #1 into #2 and mix well...
Add mixture to taste..
