12mangoes- (coarsely chopped)

4 lgspanish onions- (finely chopped)

6habanero chiles- (minced)

12 clovegarlic, (finely chopped)

6 capple cider vinegar

1 1/2 cpacked light brown sugar

4 Tbspgrated fresh ginger

How To Make mango-habanero sauce

1Reduce heat to medium and stir in vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger. Add salt to taste. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.

2Remove from heat and add sauce to blender or food processor. Pulse for a few minutes until sauce has thinned out.
