I love using mango salsa as a burger topping. It adds a great, fresh taste to the burger. And it pairs really well with Jasmin's avocado aioli. This kicked-up burger reminds me of the flavors from the islands. Delish!

1 cdiced mango

1/4 cdiced red onion

1 Tbsplime juice

1 Tbspchopped cilantro

1 mdjalepeno diced

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/2 csour cream

1 mdavocado chopped

3 clovegarlic minced

3 smbasil, fresh leaf

1 smshallots minced

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 lbground beef

1 Tbspbutter, melted

4kaiser rolls

4 slicemonterey jack cheese
How To Make garlic avocado aioli mango salsa burger

1In a medium bowl, mix mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice. Cover, and allow to sit at least 20 minutes before serving. Salt and pepper to taste

2Add sour cream, mayo, garlic, basil, avocado,shallot,lemon juice, Salt & paepper to taste, Puree until smooth set aside to chill until serving

3Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. Add patties to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of done ness. Place a slice of cheese on each patty let melt & Remove patties from pan. Salt and pepper to taste.

4Spread butter in to inside bun and toasted on grill for 3 min. Assemble the Burger by placing burger patty on bottom bun. Add Mango salsa to cheese topped patty and spread desired amount of Garlic Avacado aioli on top bun inside bun and Enjoy!
