Ingredients For vegetable jello salad

1 smpackage, lemon jello

1 cboiling water

16 ozcottage cheese

1 Tbsponion (minced small)

1 Tbspgreen pepper (minced small)

3 Tbspcarrot (minced small)

1/3 cmayo or salad dressing

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 chalf & half cream
How To Make vegetable jello salad

1Dissolve jello in cup of hot water. Cool and add cottage cheese, 1/2 & 1/2, salt and salad dressing. When it starts to thicken, stir in carrots, onion and pepper.
