turkey salad/chicken salad
This is an easy recipe and a great way to repurpose the leftover holiday bird. Serve it as a sandwich on your favorite bread, a stuffed tomato or avocado, a salad on a bed of lettuce or as an appetizer on crackers or in a lettuce wrap. We even eat it right out of the bowl on chips. Good stuff!

Ingredients For turkey salad/chicken salad

4 ccooked turkey or chicken, chopped medium-small (about 1/2" inch)

1 cmiracle whip

1 cchopped celery
-
1 cchopped sweet pickles
-
1/4 tspsalt (or to taste)

2 or 3 lghard boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
How To Make turkey salad/chicken salad

1In mixing bowl, stir together turkey or chicken and Miracle Whip.

2Mix in celery and pickles.

3Add eggs, if using, and mix in lightly.

4Taste and add salt and extra Miracle Whip if needed.

5Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
