italian potato salad
I just wanted to try making a different version using creamy Italian dressing (homemade by combining mayo and Italian dressing) which is my favorite sandwich condiment! It turned out great!

Ingredients
- 6-8 - potatoes, russets
- 1 - red bell pepper
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup italian salad dressing
- - salt
- - pepper
- - vinegar
How To Make italian potato salad

Step 1Boil Potatoes until tender, drain and run cold water over and let sit until cool.

Step 2Peel and cut into bite size pieces. Sprinkle salt, pepper and vinegar over every two chopped potatoes as you put into bowl.

Step 3Add Mayonnaise and Italian Dressing and Stir to incorporate.

Step 4Chop Red Bell Pepper and Green Onions and stir into Potatoes.

Step 5Taste and adjust seasonings or dressing to taste.
