My kids and I just love the POP of the peas as you eat this quick and easy salad.ADD a can of tuna or elbow pasta to make this a meal.

Ingredients For green pea salad (vegetarian)
- THAWED FROZEN PEAS ARE THE BEST FOR TASTE...CANNED PEAS CAN BE USED ALSO

1 pkgfrozen peas,thawed

1 smred onion,diced

1 ccolby or chedder cheese shredded

2 lgeggs ,chopped (opt)

2 Tbspranch dressing

1/2 cgood mayonnaise not salad dressing

1/4 csour cream
-
1 tspfresh or dried dill fresh is better (opt)

1/2 tspgarlic powder (opt)
How To Make green pea salad (vegetarian)

1Thaw peas under running water in strainer,rinse...spin dry if you have a salad spinner or use paper towel to blot dry

2put peas into a large bowl that has a lid

3dice onions,chop eggs and dill.

4add sour cream,mayo and ranch dressing

5add onions,eggs and dill to peas...mix well

6You can add a can of tuna and a pound of elbow pasta to make this a meal instead of just a side dish.
