ham & avocado chef salad
Easy, delicious and very filling, I've eaten this for a complete lunch and supper many times. It's an easy clean-up and there's no standing over a hot stove. I love it. Hubby likes it without avocados. Ha! More for me!

Ingredients For ham & avocado chef salad

4 to 5 mdleaves romaine lettuce, torn bite size

4 or 5cherry or grape tomatoes

2 sliceswiss cheese, diced (about 1/8 cup, heaping)

2 slicesmoked ham lunch slices, chopped

1/2avocado, large dice

1/4 cherb seasoned croutons

1 Tbsphickory smoked bacon crumbles

caesar dressing or dressing of your choice
How To Make ham & avocado chef salad

1In a large, individual salad bowl, add lettuce then cheese, ham and tomatoes.

2Next, add diced avocado and croutons.

3Pour desired amount of dressing over salad; sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Enjoy!
