My youngest son, LOVES this salad. I grew up on it and so did my dad, its just yet another one of those salads you will see at my Father's side of the family for dinners and holidays.. :) Yet an refreshing salad for summer too :) Enjoy

Ingredients For watergate salad

  • 1 pkg
    (3oz) instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 can
    15 or 20 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 2 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1 pkg
    ( 9oz) cool whip
  • 1/2 c
    pecan nuts

How To Make watergate salad

  • 1
    Mix the pudding(careful not to over mix the whipped cream) into the whipped cream and add remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Enjoy!
