6 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

3 Tablespoons Butter, melted.
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar, lightly packed
1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
