Ingredients For turkey curry

3 cleftover turkey shredded or coursely chpped

1 lgonion coursely chopped

1 lgred bell pepper

1 mdgreen bell pepper

3 clovechopped garlic

1 lgtomato chopped

3 tsptomato puree

1/2 cconcentrated curry paste hot

3 tspcurry powder

1 Tbspgaran masala spice

1 Tbspcayenne pepper

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspturmeric, ground

1 tspcorriander

1 Tbspsalt and pepper mix

11/2 cchicken broth

1 cancoconut milk, unsweetened

1 Tbspchopped cilantro
How To Make turkey curry

1Remove meat from turkey carcass and chop,set a side. Add olive oil to a large pot and heat on medium high. Add all the ingredients saute for 10minutes.

2Add chicken stock bring to boil and lower to simmer for 20 minutes. Add coconut milk and sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy with Basmati rice.

3Basmati Rice 1cup of Basmati rice. 1 3/4 cups of water, 1/2 stick of cinnamon,3 cloves,1 tbs of veg oil,1/2 tsp of salt. bring to boil .cover lower heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
