Ingredients For spinach and tortellini casserole

  • 1 pkg
    (9 ounce) refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked
  • 2 pkg
    (9 ounce) frozen creamed spinach, defrosted
  • 3/4 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 c
    mushroom, sliced
  • 1
    small tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make spinach and tortellini casserole

  • 1
    Combine pasta, creamed spinach, mozzarella cheese and mushrooms.

    Transfer mixture into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

    Top with tomato slices and parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
