1IN A NON STICK FRYING PAN MELT THE 2 ST. OF BUTTER
THEN ADD THE 8TB.OF FLOUR AND WHISK UNTIL GOLDEN IN COLOR -
2BOIL WATER IN A 6QT. PAN I GUESS
ADD NOODLES
COOK AS PACKAGE DIRTECTIONS
DRAIN NOODLES & SET ASIDE -
3USEING THE SAME PAN ADD SOME BUTTER TO COOK SLICED ONIONS. I JUST GET THEM SOLFTEN AND THEN REMOVE THEM.WE DON'T EAT THEM, JUST USED TO FLOVOR THE BUTTER TO COOK THE GROUND BEEF. SEASON BEEF WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND COOK TIL WELL DONE.ALLOW MEAT TO BROWN A BIT IN BOTTOM OF PAN TO USE FOR MAKING GRAVY
DRAIN BEEF RESERVING GREESE FOR FLAVORING GRAVY
SET MEAT ASIDE -
4SAME PAN REPLACE GREESE AND ADD BEEF BROTH
COOK TIL IT BOILS
ADD YOUR RUE WITH WHISK UNTIL THINKEN
IF STILL TO THIN BOIL TIL THINKER -
5NOW THAT ALL IS COOK YOU MAY CHOOSE TO MIX IT ALL TOGETHER, WE LEAVE THE NOODLES OUT AND ADD THE MEAT TO THE GRAVY
